Pathfinders is seeking Mentoring & Family Support Workers to join our Non-Placement Support Service (NPSS) team across three NSW locations. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and young people and wants to make a real difference in their lives, without committing to full-time work.

This casual role is Level 3 and Pay Point 1 under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Modern Award (“the SCHADS Award”).
