It's not a work-experience placement or a token task - it's a genuine job, built around what you're good at and what you enjoy.Mondays are our free community session for Magic The Gathering enthusiasts, and in this role you become the host. You'll greet people as they arrive, sell drinks and snacks when they're asked for, and keep an eye on the room. If someone new turns up who has never played, you'll sit with them and show them how the cards work. If someone knows the game but has nobody to play, you might pull up a chair yourself. You'll also set people up on the PCs or consoles if they feel like a change, and take payment for it, as that part isn't free. The priority is always getting other people into a game, but where it makes sense, you can play too.We work alongside you at every step, at your own pace. Over time, many participants take on more responsibility and build toward more independent employment. This role is delivered through our Supported Work Program. Your wages are paid by the business. Your support on shift is funded through your NDIS plan. They're two separate things. The role## What you'll do, the skills you'll build,
