Join our small, friendly team at the café within the iconic UTS Rowing Club, located inside the Regatta Club. We are seeking an experienced and reliable barista to work in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve working independently at times, as well as alongside one or two team members during busier periods.

- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages
- Ensure company goals and objectives are met
About you
- Minimum of 2 years of barista experience
- Must be reliable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Well-presented with robust guest engagement skills
- Team player
- Must be a permanent resident
- Approximately 20-30 hours per week, with additional hours available if wanting more
- 4 or 5-day working week with 6 am start
- Competitive pay: $33.85 - $47.39 per hour
