Contract Type: Part time, 0.89 FTE (5 days per week, 44 weeks per year)
Faith Lutheran College is seeking a professional, organised and service-focused individual to join our Junior School team as JS Front Office Administrator.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the daily operations of our Junior School, providing a welcoming and effective first point of contact for students, families, staff and visitors. As a valued member of the Junior School Administration Team, you will contribute to creating a positive and supportive environment that reflects the College values of being Caring, Connected, Curious and Courageous.

The Position
As the JS Front Office Administrator , you will:
- Provide a professional, welcoming and efficient reception service for students, families, staff and visitors.
- Manage front-office enquiries, phone calls, emails and correspondence.
- Support student attendance processes and daily administration activities.
- Coordinate student sign-in/sign-out procedures and communicate effectively with staff and families.
- Provide student first aid and medication support in accordance with College procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using College systems.
- Assist with finance administration, petty cash, banking and invoice processing.
- Coordinate office supplies, resources and operational administration tasks.
- Contribute to school events, family engagement activities and the broader life of the Junior School.

- Build respectful and positive relationships with students that encourage agency, belonging, participation and wellbeing.
- Be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Possess excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn College systems including TASS, Daymap, SharePoint and Seesaw.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the values and ethos of Faith Lutheran College.
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid Certification.
- RRHAN-EC.
