You'll be working closely with our strata managers, learning the ropes, and gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants real development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

- Assist strata managers with day-to-day administration
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and correspondence
- Communicate with owners, suppliers, and contractors
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Help coordinate maintenance requests and quotes
- Support the preparation of budgets and levy notices
- Provide general administrative support as needed

About you

- Drive to continually learn new things, grow and adapt to new processes and environments
- Maintains a highly professional presentation




- Ability to work effectively and productively in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Committed to providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to prioritise and multi-task effectively and efficiently
- Capable of working autonomously and following processes productively to achieve desired outcomes
- Eager, organised, and proactive
- Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude
- Experience in strata, property, or admin is a bonus but not essential
- Possessing a current NSW driver's license
