JURA Australia is looking for a Retail Assistant to join our Showroom team for a variety of functions, including customer facing duties, providing outstanding customer service, supervising the showroom and other general duties.

About the role

The Retail Showroom Assistant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience within the JURA Experience Centre. The role supports showroom operations, customer engagement, product demonstrations, sales activities and administrative tasks while ensuring the showroom consistently reflects JURA's premium brand standards.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with product enquiries and purchasing decisions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and coffee tastings, showcasing JURA coffee machines and accessories.
- Support showroom sales activities and help achieve sales targets.
- Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising displays and cleanliness to premium brand standards.




- Perform initial troubleshooting and basic fault diagnosis of customer coffee machines.
- Coordinate machine intake, service bookings and repair requests, ensuring a seamless customer service experience.
- Assist with stock management, inventory control and replenishment of showroom products.
- Support customer events, product launches and marketing activations.
- Complete administrative tasks, sales transactions and customer record management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.

- Experience in retail, showroom or hospitality management.
