Positive Company Disability Services Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking casual mentors to work one-on-one with clients, helping them build skills, confidence and independence in the community. No personal care or medication administration, with regular weekly shifts and ongoing guidance from a supportive team.

You’ll follow a client’s plan, learn transport and daily routines, and develop life skills together. Availability on weekdays and weekends is essential; shifts are 3–6 hours, with up to 38 hours
