A NSW Government contact centre in Gosford is hiring 12 Customer Service Representatives for a 6-month contract. You will take inbound calls, assist with government enquiries, and explain road safety and fines information. Training is provided in office for 12 weeks, with a potential hybrid option after completion.

Requirements include 2–3 years in customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Excellent attendance for on-site training is essential.
