AustCorp Executive Bakery in Sydney is seeking a Chef de Partie – Bakery for a hands-on role focusing on viennoiserie, dough lamination and delivering high-quality pastries in our Production Kitchen alongside the leadership team. You will lead a small team of bakers, mentor skills, ensure quality control, timing and efficiency, and contribute to product development as we expand our bakery portfolio.

The ideal candidate brings robust technical pastry skills, a track record as Senior Baker or Chef
