As Linear Clinical Research continues to grow, so does our commitment to delivering world-class clinical trials. We're looking for Laboratory Technicians to join our laboratory team and contribute to innovative research that helps bring new therapies to patients.

Based in Joondalup, this full-time role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced clinical research environment, collaborating with a skilled multidisciplinary team and gaining experience across day, afternoon, and night shifts.

Your Role in Our Future

Asa Laboratory Technician, you'll be responsible for the accurate handling andprocessing of biological samples from receipt through to storage and shipment. You'll support study set-up activities, maintain laboratory documentation,monitor supplies and equipment, and work closely with project teams to ensurelaboratory requirements are delivered efficiently and in accordance with studyprotocols and SOPs.

What You’ll Be Doing;

- Process,store, track and ship biological samples accurately and efficiently.
- Supportthe set‑up and delivery of laboratory activities across assigned clinicaltrials.
- Maintainstudy‑specific laboratory documentation and records.
- Assistwith technical and specialised sample processing as required.
- Monitorlaboratory consumables, equipment and general housekeeping activities.
- Collaboratewith internal teams, sponsors, vendors and study stakeholders to supportsuccessful project delivery.
- Contribute to quality, safety and continuousimprovement initiatives across the laboratory

Your Experience

You'll be organised,



detail-focused and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment where quality and accuracy matter.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Atertiary qualification in a science‑related field (desirable).
- Experiencein pathology, laboratory, clinical research or a related setting.
- Asound understanding of biological sample handling and processing.
- Strongorganisational, communication and time management skills.
- Theability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach with a commitment toquality, safety and continuous improvement.
