What You’ll Be Doing
- Run the Line: Smash through rapid-paced, high-volume breakfast and lunch services with style and speed.
- Own the Plate: Bring culinary precision, epic presentation, and bold flavours to every single dish.
- Kitchen Mastery: Keep your station spotless,
master stock rotation (FIFO), cut down waste, and uphold strict Food Safety Standards.
- Set the Energy: Collaborate closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain a high-energy, positive kitchen environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Trades & Experience: Qualified Chef (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent) with proven experience in busy cafes, restaurants.
- Cool Under Pressure: You thrive when the pass is stacked and the printer is buzzing.
- Food Safety Pro: Solid, practical knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
- Team Player: A sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and zero ego.
- Work Rights: Full Australian working rights required.
