Aurec is partnering with a well established global organisation operating within the health care sector in Melbourne to recruit a Service Desk Analyst. This role suits someone with around 1–2 years of IT support experience who enjoys troubleshooting and delivering excellent customer service.

You will provide Level 1 desktop and service desk support, handle incidents in Freshservice, manage user onboarding/offboarding, and assist with AD and Microsoft 365 administration in a hybrid Melbourne
