Bendigo Voice & Data seeks a Service Delivery Coordinator to own the voice and internet service desk, handling onboarding, ports, connections, changes and disconnects. This is not a sales or field tech role; you will run the work and improve processes, supplier usage and customer experience.

The role is remote across Australia, with AEST hours. You will collaborate with our workshop and techs in East Bendigo via phone, Teams and Simpro to ensure smooth, reliable services.
