Night Shift Production Workers | Poultry Production | Thomastown

We’re looking for reliable Night Shift Production Workers to join our team.

These are hands-on roles working across different areas of our production facility. Depending on operational requirements, you may work in one area or move between similar production duties.

Roles may include:

Whole Bird Packing – packing and handling finished product

Whip Chiller Worker – working within the chilling area and supporting product flow

Marinade/Injector Mixing – preparing marinades and supporting the injecting process

Pallet Jack Work – moving product and materials safely around the production area

General production - packing and processing duties as required

About the shift

11:30pm to 7:36am

Sunday night through to Friday morning

Overtime may be available

Team members may be moved between duties depending on production requirements

What we’re looking for

You don’t necessarily need extensive experience. More importantly, we’re looking for people who:

Are reliable and comfortable working permanent night shift hours

Are physically capable of working in a hands-on production workplace

Can follow food safety, quality and workplace safety requirements

Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Are flexible and willing to work across different production tasks

Can work effectively as part of a team

Have reliable transport to get to and from work for the 11:30pm start
