Key Responsibilities

- Provide premium haircuts, fades, and traditional barbering services
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships
- Maintain a clean and professional workspace
- Stay current with up-to-date and traditional cutting techniques
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in our famous Thursday & Friday happy hour traditions

Requirements

- Certified barber qualification (Cert III in Barbering or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of barbering experience preferred
- Proficiency in modern and traditional cutting techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, walk-in environment
- Passion for the craft and continuous improvement
- Salary offered ($71k-$79K + Super)
