About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Eastern Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth across your allocated territory, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining trusted relationships with existing customers.
You’ll represent ALG’s market-leading brands Doric and play a key role in supporting the company’s reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service.

This autonomous role will see you working from your home base,



travelling throughout NSW Central Coast, North Coast and up to Coffs Harbour (with occasional interstate travel).

What You’ll Do

- Build and nurture solid customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
- Provide technical support, product training, and demonstrations
- Prepare accurate sales reports, quotes, and account information
- Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance

What We’re Looking For

- Proven success in sales (5+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of building, hardware, or construction industry (advantageous)
- Self-driven, professional, and ready to travel across QLD
- Professional presentation, enthusiasm, and a self-driven attitude
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly
