Merrell Canberra DFO is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our brand recent Canberra team. Working with the Store Manager, you will lead and coach a team of casual staff, drive a positive store culture and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You'll manage day-to-day operations, hit sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance, oversee rosters, stock levels and visual merchandising, and champion product training in a fast-paced sneaker environment.
