Our Industry Skills Practice is growing and we're looking for someone exceptional to join us. **What you’ll do** As a Trainer and Assessor in our Industry Skills team based in either Sydney or Newcastle, you’ll contribute to the quality delivery of our training and assessment projects and programs that make a real difference. - Delivering a range of ESI technical training for our ASQA-accreditedRegistered Training Organisation (enterprise, industry, mandatory, refresher)- Carrying out training and assessment of students (including blended/face-face and e-learning delivery) according to the client’s specifications and ontheir site- Delivering national units of competency particularly the refresher units fromthe UET training package- Ensuring training and assessment are conducted in line with relevantRTO/client/industry and regulatory requirements **What you’ll bring** You're people-oriented, reliable and thrive in collaborative, quick-paced environments. You'll ideally have: - Knowledge and skills as an experienced ESI worker (cable jointer, lineworker,substation technician,



live line worker or switching operator qualificationpreferred)- Evidence of an active enrolment in (or already holding) a vocational trainingqualification (TAE40122 Cert IV TAE or equivalent), and all other relevantlicences and documentation (e.g. police check, working with children, highrisk and driver’s licences) **How we support your growth** We believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
