Accounts and Administration Assistant based role
About the Business
Our client is an established residential property and building company based in Brisbane and specialising in new home construction.
About the Position
Due to growth an opportunity exists for an Accounts Administrator to join their team in a full time permanent role working from a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Entering invoices and and raising purchase orders in XERO
- Cross checking invoices with POs
- Maintaining accounts inbox
- Process supplier and subcontractor invoices
- Sending out for quotes and schedules
- Supporting Operations Manager and Construction Manager
Skills and Experience
- 5 years experience in a similar accounts and administration based role
- Experience in the building industry preferred
- Experience in the residential construction sector highly regarded
- Very high attention to detail
- Trustworthy and reliable
- XERO experience advantageous
- Candidate must live in Brisbane or Gold Coast QLD
