Residential Property Manager - work from home and no weekends!

Our client is an extremely well known, longstanding independent Real Estate business with a fantastic reputation and brand presence in the Melbourne Inner West.

They are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join the team and manage a nice small portfolio of 160 tenancies with full administration and leasing support (plus additional support for field services including all entries taken care of)

The portfolio is in pristine condition and the current person managing it is moving to another role within the business so will still be around to assist the new Property Manager settle, and ask any questions to along the way.

With long standing and loyal employees, combined with a fun and professional culture, the team put a lot of resources into training, career advancement and development, team building and social events.



They pride themselves on creating an amazing and supportive team setting where all the staff love coming to work.

Majority of the portfolio is local to the office and within 5-10 kms at the most.

About You

- Friendly, Team Orientated Attitude
- Thorough Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act
- Strong communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and highly organised
- Outstanding Communication Skills and Building Relationships
- Agents Rep/Certificate IV in Real Estate Services and reliable car/valid Drivers License
