(sthonorebakery.com.au)Job Description – Pastrycook· Inspecting the cleanliness of equipment and premises, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, before initiating production runs.· Evaluating the quality of raw materials and accurately weighing ingredients.· Preparing various pastry fillings for use in baked goods.· Monitoring oven temperatures and assessing product appearance to determine optimal baking times.· Coordinating the entire process, including forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning, and cooling batches of bread, rolls, and pastry products.· Applying glaze to buns and pastries, and embellishing cakes with cream and icing.· Operating machinery responsible for rolling and molding dough,



as well as cutting biscuits.· Emptying, cleaning, and greasing baking trays, tins, and other cooking equipment as part of routine maintenance.Tasks:Adhere to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the entire production process to ensure the safety and quality of baked goods.
