The Role As Planning Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Assessing and processing a range of planning permit applications.
- Providing planning advice to applicants, residents and internal stakeholders.
- Interpreting and applying the Victorian Planning Provisions and relevant Planning Scheme.
- Preparing reports, correspondence and recommendations.
- Undertaking site inspections and supporting broader statutory planning functions.




- Liaising with referral authorities and key stakeholders throughout the application process.
