Armstrong Flooring are looking for enthusiastic, positiveand customer focused individuals to join our Customer Support team.The role may suit either an experienced customer service officer, or a trainee.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the role may involve (but is not limited to):
Processing orders, credits and claims
Responding to queries from customers and sales representatives in respect to product availability, production dates, order status, delivery status
Working with the sales team to ensure the highest possible customer service level
Key selection criteria:
Pleasant telephone manner and good written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
High level of attention to detail
Self-motivated and ability to work without supervision
Must have computer skills (at least intermediate Word and Excel)
D365 - ERP system experience highly regarded but not required
Prior experience in a call centre and/or CSO role is an advantage
