Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen on a casual basis. You will prepare and present high-quality dishes, collaborate with the team, and help maintain hygiene and stock control across shifts.

The role offers flexibility to work across breakfast, lunch and dinner, with shifts Monday to Sunday and potential for part-time or full time schedules depending on business needs.
