Epworth Rehabilitation in Victoria is seeking a part time Grade 1 Social Worker to develop clinical skills in multi-trauma orthopaedic rehabilitation. Based at Epworth Hawthorn, with opportunities across Richmond and Camberwell, this fixed-term role runs 30.4 hours per week until November 2027.

You will conduct psychosocial assessments, support patients and families, navigate TAC and WorkSafe, coordinate discharge planning, and collaborate within Epworth's compassionate, patient-centred culture.
