Time Well Spent (TWS) is offering a hands-on marketing role where you'll be writing, building and running campaigns yourself, not just directing others. It's a newly created position for someone who is highly motivated and wants to own the marketing function from day one and be rewarded for the results they drive. You'll work directly with our Managing Director across two streams: TWS Brand — building our own marketing presence to attract new allied health and professional service practices as clients — and Client Marketing Services — developing and delivering marketing plans for our existing practice clients.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across website, email, social and content for TWS and our clients.

Manage and grow email marketing and CRM activity (Klaviyo, Mailchimp)

Create content that shows off our expertise across practice management platforms such as Halaxy, Cliniko, Splose and Zanda

Support lead generation and prospecting activity using our marketing and sales tools

Report on campaign performance on a weekly basis

Build client-facing proposals and marketing plans that are ready to send with minimal revision

Create, optimize and plan clients websites for SEO & AEO

Create and manage compliant social media and email campaigns on behalf of clients when required

Ensure all content meets AHPRA advertising guidelines





About you

Proven experience in a marketing role within professional services, B2B or a similar client-facing environment

Confident, hands-on user of Klaviyo, Calendly, Semrush and Canva (or equivalent tools)

Understand Meta Ads and/or Google Ads well and have proven expertise to grow targeted campaigns and markets

Excellent written English, with a naturally clear and concise style

Strong attention to detail. Comfortable using AI tools to draft, but always reviews and owns the final output

Self-directed and commercially minded. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities independently in a remote team

Comfortable working set business hours and communicating regularly via Slack

Have worked in or around healthcare, allied health or another regulated industry (desirable, not essential)
