Hipcamp is seeking a sales-focused onboarding specialist to grow the Host community across Australia. You will prospect, identify and onboard recent Hosts, from private landowners to holiday parks, guiding them through listing setup and onboarding.

This 12-month fixed-term contract is remote in Australia, with targets to achieve activity and conversion. You will manage a high-volume pipeline via phone, email and other channels, leveraging CRM tools, Google Workspace, and strong communication.
