RACV Torquay is seeking a Motivated Fitness Centre Supervisor to support the smooth operation of our gym, group exercise, aquatic and outdoor leisure facilities. You’ll lead and develop the Fitness Centre team while ensuring members, guests and visitors consistently receive a protected, welcoming and high-quality experience.
With hands-on leadership, you’ll coordinate rosters, manage day-to-day activities and uphold high standards across all leisure areas.
