We are seeking a Diploma-qualified Educator, or an Educator currently working towards their Diploma, to join a highly respected early learning service in the beautiful Wamberal / Terrigal area, just a 15 minutes drive from Gosford.

About the Role

As a Diploma Educator, you will play an important role in providing high-quality education and care while supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating safe, engaging and inclusive learning environments
- Building strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Supporting programming, observations, documentation and intentional teaching
- Ensuring children's safety,



wellbeing and active supervision
- Working collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of practice
- Supporting ratios and compliance requirements
- Contributing to the service's quality improvement journey
- Working in accordance with the EYLF, NQS and National Regulations

Essential Requirements

- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (no visa sponsorship available)
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care completed or currently working towards
- Cert III Educators working towards their Diploma are encouraged to apply
- 1–2 years' experience in an early childhood setting
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and National Regulations
- Current NSW Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis and Child Protection
- Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
