We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. This is a hands‑on coordination role for someone who is highly organised, proactive and takes real pride in getting the details right.

You’ll work closely with our HQ Operations, Network Leaders and Studio teams to keep projects, administration, communication and day‑to‑day operational tasks moving. You’ll be the person who knows what needs to happen, what’s outstanding and who needs a nudge to get it done.

What you'll be doing

No two days will look exactly the same, but you’ll be responsible for things like:

- Coordinating operational tasks, projects and deadlines across the business

- Managing administration, documentation, records and reporting

- Supporting communication between our Support Office and studio network

- Coordinating meetings, schedules, information and follow‑ups

- Preparing documents, presentations, reports and operational updates

- Maintaining systems, trackers and shared information so things are easy to find and up to date

- Following up actions and making sure things don’t fall through the cracks

- Supporting new initiatives and operational projects from planning through to delivery

- Helping identify ways we can make processes simpler, clearer and more efficient

- Providing general coordination and administrative support across Retail Operations and HQ.

You’ll bring:

- Strong administration and coordination skills

- Excellent organisation and time management

- Confidence working across different teams and with people at all levels

- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence picking up new systems quickly

- The ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions
