Gladstone Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef to join a rapid-paced, energetic kitchen. You will work under a Head Chef in a friendly team that treats each other like family and delivers modern, quality food across a variety of cuisines.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a professional kitchen, is flexible for a 5‑day week, and holds a Cert IV or equivalent. You will manage your own sections, maintain top presentation, and uphold strict food hygiene standards.
