We're on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager to lead our new upcoming store at Westfield Miranda , and make it the ultimate shopping destination for Korean Beauty in Australia.

About the Role

As the Manager for Nudie Glow's Westfield Miranda store, you'll be a leader in overseeing day-to-day retail operations, inducting, leading and developing the retail team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. On any given day, you will:

- Recruit, lead, support, and inspire your team to bring their best self to work and achieve KPIs and in-store targets.
- Plan and manage store rosters to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Ensure high standards and consistent customer experience
- Provide ongoing training to your team on the latest brand and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the founder, operations and marketing team to align in-store strategies with campaigns.




- Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain clear communication with the support team

What You’ll Bring to this Role

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- 1+ year of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role (beauty industry is a bonus!).
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for inspiring and unlocking potential in your team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven customer service abilities with a track record of strong sales results.
- A passion for the retail and beauty industries, with solid product knowledge.
- Expertise in inventory management and visual merchandising.
- A positive attitude suited for a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Experience delivering Loss Prevention KPIs and driving Visual Merchandising initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols, with a commitment to creating a safe working environment for the team.
