Kaplan Australia is seeking a trained HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Melbourne or Sydney. The role focuses on HR enquiries, onboarding, background checks, contract generation, and HR systems administration to support a positive employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

You will work closely with HR Partners to deliver effective HR support, including induction sessions, data updates in Workday, and workforce reporting.
