The role involves proactively investigating liability claims for Employers' and Public Liability (injury and TPPD) and reporting findings to clients while delivering exceptional service.

You will investigate and settle liability claims, covering legal/policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support recommendations in a timely manner and in line with client
