Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the Delta Rue kitchen, running a section across grill, wok and larder. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, cook with seasonal produce and build a broader skill set across sections as part of a supportive, qualified team.

What You'll Be Doing: Running a section to Delta Rue's standards, preparing mise en place, supporting cross-training, collaborating on menu development, and maintaining HACCP and food safety
