## Assistant Park ManagerApply: RAC Cervantes Holiday Park: Full time: Posted Today: JR Located on the beachside on WA’s Coral Coast, **RAC Cervantes Holiday Park** is only a 20-minute drive away from beautiful Jurien Bay and two hours from Perth. Featuring self-contained villas and studios, powered caravan sites and campsites, our accommodation holds approximately 600 guests at peak and is only a short drive away from the nearby ocean, beautiful wildflowers, and the iconic Pinnacles within Nambung National Park. We are currently seeking an **Assistant Park Manager** with strong park management experience to join our team on a **full-time** basis and contribute to providing our RAC members and guests with high-quality resort accommodation and services. This role would be ideal for a local or individuals looking to relocate from Perth. Accommodation is provided as part of the job-package allowing the right candidate to live and work on-site. Join our close-knit team in this exciting role and work with hospitality professionals from around the world to offer an unforgettable guest stay experience to our visitors. **What will you be doing?** The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Park Manager in maintaining all operational elements of RAC Esperance Holiday Park including provision of high-standard accommodation, hospitality services and a range of other activities to ensure the smooth running of the park. **Your day-to-day impact** * Recruit, manage, and develop a team compromising of Front Office, Cafe, Housekeeping and Maintenance staff.* Lead and drive delivery of memorable customer service and manage our member and guest reservations at the property.* Lead a safety-first culture across the property, ensuring the team are following policies and procedures including occupational health and safety practices.* Undertake financial management operating the budget ensuring procurement,
