- Develop and own the integrated field and channel marketing strategy for APJ, aligned with regional sales priorities and Dropbox's global marketing strategy

- Lead regional programs across field events, executive experiences, account-based initiatives and integrated campaigns
- Balance direct-to-customer and partner-led investments by market
- Lead, coach, and develop the Japan Marketing team
- Senior field and/or channel marketing leadership experience across APJ
- Track record of partnering with Sales leadership to build qualified pipeline
- Experience balancing direct-to-customer and partner-led marketing investments
- People leadership experience coaching and developing marketing teams
