Do you enjoy keeping busy and working in a fast-paced workplace where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a Talent Advisor to support high-volume blue collar hiring across operational roles within a large and well-established organisation in the food production and agriculture sector.
You will help keep the recruitment process moving by screening applications, coordinating interviews and site tours, organising pre-employment checks, and providing recruitment administration support. It’s a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple candidates and staying organised in a busy environment.
