Job Description

The role

As a Regulatory Assurance Specialist, you'll play a key role in strengthening Beyond Bank's compliance framework by delivering independent assurance reviews and providing trusted insights that support effective risk management and regulatory outcomes. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to assess controls, identify improvement opportunities, and help drive a strong culture of compliance.

In this role, you will

- Lead and deliver regulatory assurance reviews across key compliance obligations.
- Assess the effectiveness of business processes, controls and regulatory compliance outcomes.
- Complete independent assurance reviews to meet external regulatory and audit requirements.




- Identify control weaknesses, process gaps and compliance issues, providing practical recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare explicit, concise assurance reports and present findings to stakeholders and leaders.
- Monitor and challenge remediation actions to ensure issues are effectively addressed and closed.
- Conduct targeted reviews of high-risk areas and emerging compliance risks.
- Provide coaching, technical guidance and quality review support to enhance team capability and assurance best practice
