We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Hotel All-Rounder to join our team. In this energetic role, you'll work a variety of shifts across Front Office, Mee So and our breakfast service. Gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day hotel operations while delivering exceptional, memorable service to our guests.

What will you be doing?

- Delivering exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between.
- Acting as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, creating a welcoming and positive first impression.




- Completing a variety of daily tasks across multiple departments, ensuring no two days are the same.
- Promoting hotel facilities and services, preparing coffees and beverages, and maintaining accurate guest accounts.
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to both internal and external guests at all times.
- Assisting guests with our self-check-in kiosks and ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
- Promoting the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program by educating guests on its benefits and encouraging enrolments.
