Key Responsibilities

- Rostering and Labour Management
- Ordering and COGs management
- Training and development of junior staff
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality antipasti and entrée dishes
- Maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation standards
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are upheld

About You

- Proven experience as a Head Chef n a fast-paced restaurant environment (Italian experience highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge and passion for entrée and antipasti preparation
- Ability to perform calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Relevant food safety certification




- A genuine passion for Mexican cuisine and high-quality produce
