Our Syrup Room is where it all begins — transforming raw ingredients into the delicious beverages Australians enjoy every day. As Syrup Room Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team, ensuring every batch meets our exacting safety, quality, and taste standards.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and motivate our team of Syrup Makers to supply product to packaging lines 24/6.

- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices in the Syrup Room and surrounding areas.

- Partner with our Quality and Technical teams to ensure every batch is on spec.





- Manage staffing, performance, and training to build a flexible, high-performing team.

- Ensure compliance with HACCP, customer, and legislative requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement through problem-solving and innovation.

- Plan and prioritise batches to meet production schedules.

About You:

- Proven leadership skills with the ambition to progress in a growing business.

- Thrive in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.

- Relevant qualification (Engineering, Food Technology, Supply Chain) or equivalent FMCG experience.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for developing people and processes for long-term success.
