About the role

You will provide one-on-one support to participants with activities such as community access and social outings, shopping and errands, attending appointments, recreational and cultural activities, building daily living and social skills, and encouraging independence and community engagement. This role focuses on assisting clients with community participation, helping them build independence, confidence, and social connections while achieving their NDIS goals.

About you

- Fluent in Mandarin

- Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)





- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

- Right to work in Australia

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous experience in Disability Support, Aged Care, Community Services, or Mental Health (desirable)

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, Nursing, or related qualification (desirable)
