Engineering Trades Australia is currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters & Boilermakers for a shutdown at Millmerran Power Station, QLD.

This is a great opportunity to secure approximately 4-6 weeks of shutdown work, with competitive rates, penalties and accommodation/LAHA options available.

The Opportunity

- Location: Millmerran Power Station, QLD
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Through to approximately mid-November
- Hours: 11-12 hour shifts
- Roster: 6:1
- Night Shift: 15% uplift on applicable base rate

Positions & Rates:

- Mechanical Fitters: $62/hr + penalties
- Boilermakers: $62/hr + penalties

What You'll Need
Depending on the position, applicants will require relevant experience and current tickets, including:

- Confined Space Entry
- Working at Heights
- Relevant Trade Qualification

Highly regarded:





- Forklift License
- HRWL
- Gas Test / Gas Testing

Accommodation & Allowances
Candidates will have the option of:

- $800 per week LAHA - candidates to source their own accommodation; or
- Accommodation provided + $70 per day meal allowance

Must have previous Shutdown or Power Plant experience!

Air Heater experience - Highly Desirable
