Your Role:

As Retail Manager, you will bring our store to life through great customer experiences, team leadership, and visual flair.

- Lead & Inspire:



Coach and mentor your retail team to deliver exceptional service every day.

- Visual Merchandising: Build inviting, customer-focused displays that bring our top campaigns and products to life.

- Store Operations: Oversee rosters, timesheets, and ensure the store exceeds Quality Care standards.

- Loyalty & Engagement: Drive customer loyalty programs and local marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

- Pharmacy Experience: Proven retail management experience in a community pharmacy setting (Priceline experience is a huge plus!).

- Required Qualification: S2/S3 Certificate (Essential).

- Preferred Qualification: Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy (or willingness to complete it within a set timeframe).

- Skills: Strong communicator, proficient in MS Office, and well-versed in the Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP).
