A boutique real estate agency based in Sydney’s City Fringe / Inner West is seeking an experienced Commercial & Residential Property Manager to join their close-knit team.
With a robust reputation for personalised service, market expertise, and long-term client relationships, the business manages a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties across Sydney.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Property Manager who enjoys delivering high-quality service, managing stakeholder relationships, and taking ownership of a portfolio without the traditional accounting and trust administration workload.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 115 commercial and residential properties, including:
• Managing day-to-day property management operations
• Building robust relationships with owners, tenants, contractors, and service providers
• Coordinating leasing, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management
• Managing maintenance requests and ensuring works are completed efficiently
• Conducting inspections and ensuring properties meet compliance requirements
• Preparing property budgets, reporting, and outgoings reconciliations
• Supporting asset strategies to improve occupancy, tenant retention, and property performance
• Processing creditor invoices and assisting with owner and creditor payments when required
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting through Property Tree
• Attending inspections,
site visits, and property meetings (approximately one day per week)

You will ideally have:
• Previous experience managing a commercial and/or residential property portfolio
• Strong knowledge of property management practices and legislation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ideally experience using Property Tree
• The ability to manage a portfolio independently while working within a supportive team
What’s On Offer
• $100,000 package + Car allowance ($7,000 – $12,000) + Commissions (circa $20,000)
• OTE $130K package
