Our client is a national construction and insurance practice with a strong reputation in construction disputes and litigation. A permanent opportunity has opened for a Senior Construction Litigator with 7 or more years' PAE to lead complex disputes in the Sydney team.

About the role

You will act for builders, contractors, principals, developers, sub-contractors and construction insurers on disputes across construction, projects and infrastructure. You will:

- Lead construction disputes and litigation from first advice through to resolution
- Advise clients on complex, high-value matters
- Work alongside partners and special counsel on the larger files
- Supervise and mentor the lawyers on your matters
- Build your profile with clients and referrers

What you'll bring

- 7 or more years' PAE
- Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
- Substantial construction litigation or dispute resolution experience




- Strong advocacy, drafting and client skills
