The role

Working closely with the lead agent, you will be involved across the entire sales process, including:

- Prospecting and database management
- Buyer follow-up and relationship management
- Open homes and buyer inspections
- Buyer callbacks
- Supporting negotiations
- Vendor and buyer communication
- Appraisal preparation and listing opportunities
- Supporting sales campaigns from listing through to settlement
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Building relationships throughout the local market

About you

You will already have real estate sales experience and be reliable about building a successful long-term career in sales.

Hungry, proactive and highly motivated, you will bring strong communication skills, a genuine passion for property and the drive to learn from a proven industry performer.
