This is a hands-on role suited to a therapist who is confident in both advanced skin treatments and beauty services, while delivering exceptional client care. You may be working across multiple clinic locations and contributing to both client results and clinic performance.

Key responsibilities

- Perform advanced skin treatments and beauty services

- Conduct in-depth skin consultations and analysis

- Create and guide clients through long-term skin journeys and treatment plans

- Deliver exceptional customer service and client experience

- Work towards KPIs including retail, rebooking, and treatment targets

- Maintain clinic standards, cleanliness, and professionalism

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2+ years experience in a similar role

- Relevant qualifications in Beauty / Dermal Therapy

- Proven experience with IPL treatments

- References available upon request

- Full working rights in Australia
