WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- Are you an accredited Dietitian with experience delivering evidence-based care across a diverse range of clients and clinical presentations?
- Do you have the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary community health team?
- Can you manage a complex caseload, prioritise competing demands, and adapt your approach to meet the needs of rural and regional communities?




- Are you committed to continuous professional development, reflective practice, and supporting the learning of students and less experienced staff?
- Do you value person-centred care, cultural safety, and building strong relationships with clients, families, carers, and community partners?

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

You will……….

- Deliver high-quality dietetic assessment, intervention, education and health promotion services that support positive nutrition and health outcomes.
- Manage a diverse and increasingly complex caseload while promoting self-management, wellbeing and preventative health practices.
- Contribute dietetic expertise to the planning, delivery and evaluation of multidisciplinary community-based services across the BHFLHN region.
- Support evidence-based practice, quality improvement initiatives, service development and the ongoing evaluation of Dietetic services.
- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and support to colleagues, students and allied health staff while fostering strong skilled partnerships across the region.
